High Gloss PU Shoe Soles Liquid Release Agent Water-Based Lubricant and Chemical Auxiliary Agent

Our water-based release agent provides efficient double density sole release when used in shoe manufacturing. The solution creates a protective barrier between the mold and shoe material, ensuring clean demolding without sticking or tearing.

Simply apply a thin, even layer onto the mold surface before pouring in the shoe material. Once cured, the shoe material releases cleanly from the mold. Our eco-friendly formula contains no harmful silicone or formaldehyde, making it safe for users and the environment.
